Make sure and ask the right questions when booking your valet parking for private events. If you had your car parked at a local restaurant or bar, chances are their liability insurance does not travel to other locations. They do have insurance but it only insures that bar or restaurant. That does no good for your party at your home or office. Make sure and get in writing that the valet parking company you are using has insurance coverage that extends to your address. There are only a handful of valet parking companies in the entire metroplex which have insurance that allows for parking on residential streets. Rent A Frog Valet, LLC and Golden Triangle Valet are the ONLY valet parking companies in Tarrant County who have the insurance to valet park cars anytime, anywhere. Accidents do happen, so make sure you are covered.

Valet Parking Services
Our valet parking service specializes in residential, corporate and special event parties. We provide valet parking signs, claim tickets, and key storage. All we need from you is information about your event to help us determine the number of valet parkers to send.

Note: All valet parkers are at least 21-years-old.
ATTIRE:
Our valet staff wears khaki shorts and a white polo in the summer and khaki slacks and a white shirt in the winter. For formal occasions we wear black slacks, a white shirt and a black bow-tie.
Please take a moment to read our coverage below. We are very proud of the insurance we carry, as it is very difficult to obtain the policies we carry. Before contracting with a valet parking company, I highly suggest requesting all insurance certificates from the company's insurance agent. This is standard practice and any company hesitating in sending a certificate to you probably doesn't carry the proper insurance needed. Demand to see the certificates! Additionally, almost all policies require drivers to be over 21-years-old. Besides, who wants an 18-year-old kid driving your car?
Golden Triangle Valet is fully insured to park cars anywhere in Texas. We carry a $1M Garage Keepers' Liability policy which covers any unforeseen damage to a vehicle a GTV employee may cause. An additional Garage Liability policy covers any injury or bodily harm, in the event an accident involving another person or patron occurs as the result of negligent actions by a GTV employee.
Workers' Compensation is also carried on all employees.
ADDITIONAL INSURED:
Corporations often require being listed on our insurance policy for the day we are providing valet parking. This is available by informing the office when placing your order. A certificate from our insurance company will be mailed directly to you, which will list all Additional Insured names you stated.
